Thomas Royster ("Tom") Harvey CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - Tom Harvey (affectionately known as "Buddy" to many family and friends), cherished husband, father, uncle and grandfather, died at his home in Charlottesville, VA on September 26, 2016.    Roy Lansing Haufler of Gainesville died Monday in Paisley in Lake County due to injuries suffered in a truck accident.  He was 54.
   Mr. Haufler co-owned Haufler Brother, a farming and construction company in Gainesville.
   He was a lifelong residnet of the area and was a graduate of Gainesville High School, where he was president of the Future Farmers of America.  He was a graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural Collage in Tifton, Ga.  Mr. Haufler was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

   Melrose - Gary Edwin Hawk died Monday at his residence in Melrose.  He was 55.

   Mr. Hawk was born in Nashville, TN, and moved to Melrose from Dallas six years ago.

    He was a retired painting contractor and served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

   He was a member of the Church of Christ and AMVETS.

   Survivors include his mother, Mary Taylor Hawk; a sister, Delinda Temples; and a brother, Ronald Hawk, all of Ponte Vedra Beach.

Lynda Lee Hatman, died Sunday, September 30, 2001.  She had been a hospice patient at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

Lynda was born in 1944 in York, Pennsylvania.  She grew up in Gainesville, attended GHS, was a cheerleader, and graduated with the Class of 1962.

Anne Merrill Henry Golub, 64, of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on August 16, 2008. She was born on March 3, 1944 in Gainesville, Florida and preceded in death by her parents Albert Merrill and Louise Henry of Gainesville, FL.

She is survived by her son, Sam Wilkinson Golub of Atlanta, Georgia. She was the youngest of three sisters, Lynda Leukel of Keystone Heights, Florida and Jane Daniels of Winter Park, Florida. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
