Lake Butler - Winfred John Tallman of Lake Butler died Sunday at North Florida Regional Medical Center after a long illness. He was 52.
Born in Gainesville, Mr. Tallman moved to Lake Butler 12 years ago. He was a teacher at Howard Bishop Middle School for 28 years, and he also served in the U.S. Navy.

Gainesville - Patricia Anne Trainham Teuton, passed away June 10th, 2021, at UF Health at Shands. She was born December 21st, 1944, in Watertown, New York to parents, Irvin and Virginia Trainham. Pat moved to Gainesville with her family in the 1950's and was a graduate of Gainesville High School. Soon after, Pat became a nurse's aide, and later a licensed practical nurse in pediatrics. She proudly retired from Shands Hospital as a pediatric nurse (Unit 44) after 30 years of faithful and exceptional service.

A member of the First Baptist Church of Orlando, he also was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Thomas A. “Tommy” Waters, Sr., age 72, passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully as he went home to the Lord on Thursday, November 3, 2016 in the comfort of his home.
Born in Gainesville, Florida on April 7, 1944, Thomas was the son of the late Cecil O. and Leola (Faircloth) Waters. He was raised and educated in Gainesville. In 1962, during the Vietnam Era, Tommy enlisted in the United States Air Force serving 4 years as a Munitions Specialist.
