Katherine Edwards Brown died at her Gainesville residence Wednesday. She was 55.
She was a lifelong resident of Alachua county.
Mrs. Brown was the co-owner of The Mail Room, Inc.
She was a member of Westwood Hills Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas C. "Sonny" Brown of Gainesville; two daughters, Rhonda B Whitton of Gainesville and Leanne B. Briatico of Orlando; her mother, Bessie Edwards of Gainesville; two brothersm, H.L. Edwards of Gainesville and A.L. Varnes of Huntsville, Ala.; and five grandchildren.
